How Does
It Work?
Once you are registered Cool Points user - all your scores from Cool Quiz
Network, Inc. games will accumulate in your account. You must be sure to
enter the quiz games Hall of Fame (when the game is ended) using the same
Email address that you used in your Cool Points Registration. If you do
not enter the Hall of Fame your account will not be credited.
Rules
All federal, state and local
laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. No purchase or fee is
required to play or win. Cool Points users must be 13 years or older to enter.
Cool Quiz Network, Inc. and its agents are not responsible for incomplete,
lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected e-mail; for technical, hardware,
or software failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or
failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit
a user's ability to participate in the Cool Points program.
The use of machines,
computers, software, scripts or any other automated system to play Cool Quiz
Network. Inc. games and promotions is strictly prohibited. Unregistered and
Registered Users are restricted from playing Cool Quiz Network, Inc. games and
promotions with more than one type, version or copy of a browsing software
application at any one time. Registered users engaging in any such activity
will be disqualified from winning any prizes. Should Cool Quiz Network, Inc.
determine, in its sole discretion, that any User has violated any of the
prohibitions contained in the Official Rules, Cool Quiz Network, Inc. shall
have no obligation to award any prizes won by such User. Prize levels
and awards may change at anytime.
